We offer a Quick Start package for existing salesforce.com customers that provides an overall Salesforce health assessment, minor configuration/enhancements, and a short- and long-term road map to improve the value and usability of the client’s Salesforce environment.

Total time: 40 hours
Total cost: $5,000 (excluding travel costs)

Activities/tasks:

• Discovery interviews with primary Salesforce program leads/administrators and primary business stakeholders
• Definition of business goals that drive the use of Salesforce (what’s working, challenges)
• Salesforce environment review and analysis of existing processes, custom objects, workflows, custom code, data quality, user management, security model, user interface, collaboration, and overall user adoption
• Determination of an overall “health” score with identification of key areas for immediate cleanup/modification as well as creating recommendations for overall environment design
• Creation of a short- and long-term road map with primary POCs/stakeholders
• (Optional) Execution of identified short-term modifications resulting from the environment analysis (such as data cleansing, workflow tweaking, field modifications)
• Client review of modifications and road map

 Deliverables:

• Visual depiction of existing and desired business process flow(s) in Salesforce
• Salesforce environment analysis and recommendations for short- and long-term modifications
• (Optional, -10 hours if not needed) Configuration, modifications, and/or light data cleansing in Salesforce
• Detailed platform & implementation road map for more efficient use of the platform including:
  • Salesforce governance and program management
  • Object and data model design
  • Security model design
  • User interface design
  • Employee collaboration model
  • Training, communication, and adoption strategy
